	Q11.	What is the “SEI”?
	A.	The Safety Equipment Institute (SEI) is well known as one of the most strict certification program based on regulations issued by the American National Standards Institute/Industrial Safety Equipment Association (ANSI/ISEA). As of June 2006, detector tubes subject to SEI certification cover 21 gases, and Gastec has acquired the SEI certificates for all of these 21 kinds of detector tubes.
